May I ask about grid parameter settings：𝜽_𝒔， 𝜽_𝑩 and Tcline

I am a newcomer to ROMS and currently studying ROMS by self .

I have read the definitions of the three parameters, but I encountered a problem when creating a grid (using GridBuilder to create a grid):
When 𝜽 _ 𝒔 and 𝜽 _ 𝑩 are fixed values, Tline = 10，20，50，100，200； The obtained vertical coordinates have not changed;
Similarly, when I only change 𝜽 _ 𝒔 or 𝜽 _ 𝑩 while keeping everything else unchanged, the resulting vertical coordinates do not change either.
This makes it difficult for me to understand the meaning of the three parameters. Very confused.

Now I want to ask, how should I set these three parameters if I want to create a grid with increased vertical layers in the upper 100 meters of the ocean.
Also, what are the specific functions of these three parameters.
