How to determine the internal and external time and the coordinates of my domain

Hi, I actually have a modeling project to do but I just realized that I'm missing two matlab scripts: the "script ad_cfl.m" which allows me to determine the internal and external time step based on the CFL criterion and also the "script ad_findgeocoord.m" so that I can determine the coordinates of my domain? If anyone can help me, I'd be very grateful. Thanks in advance
