hi, Im using ROMS ecosystem model - fennel option
there is some question when running model
With fennel-NPZD model, i turned on options(ex. bio_sediment, pCO2_secular, TALK_NONCONSERV).
in each option conclusion, temperature and salinity changed!
i cant find any variable or equation to change temperature and salinity
is there some connection with biological variables or options and temperature and salinity??
