This is a kindly reminder about the deadlines for the 2004 ROMS/TOMS Workshop in Venice, October 18-20. If you are interested to attend please let us know in the next couple of weeks and send us your presentation/poster abstracts by May 31.
You need to make your hotel reservation well in advance. The hotels in Venice are usually small and have few rooms. We cannot reserve a block of rooms. Please check the following link and choose the hotel according to your budget:

Notice that there is a wide range of hotel rates. You also have the choice to stay in Mestre (10 minutes train ride from Venice) where the hotel rates drop drastically. You may also consider a penzione.
