Does anyone know of the PROJ4 string ROMS data is stored in?

I'm diving into some Antarctic ROMS data and am trying to reproject it. However, I'm running into issues declaring the Proj4 string that the native ROMS data is in. I've tried EPSG 4326 with a spherical ellipsoid - this is the only CRS information I can find.
