I have been working with the d_ecmwf2roms tool, but I realized that the outputs of the script are the size of the input files (ECMWF downloads: 40°N 10°S -140°W -70°W), not the size that I stipulated in the script:
Lonmin:-99.07
Lonmax:-90.56
Latmin:9.25
Latmax:17.31
On the other hand the output files are not masked in the part of the land, So I wonder, if I need to mask it before the model reads it? Or the model at some point masks it when reading my grid?
