I'm quite new to ROMS. I have installed ROMS with UPWELLING option on. I ran the oceanG execuatble with input file ocean_upwelling.in and ocean_seamount.in successfully.
Now I want to run ROMS on multiple nodes (for nodes 1,2,4,8,16 with 28 cores per node). How can I run ROMS with these input files to test the parallel performance on our HPC cluster (Total 16 nodes with 448 Processes and 2 Tesla GPU cards)?
Can you please help me to get the test-case which will run more than 10 minutes on HPC cluster?
