how to merge netcdf files into one file

Hello everyone,
I have thousand of NetCDF files that must be merged over the time dimension,
I would be grateful if you could tell me the best way to do that.
I am looking forward to any idea.

There's a package called NCO. Within it, the ncrcat command will concatenate over a record dimension like time.
