Problems about temp and zeta results

Hi, everybody, I have run the South China Sea Roms model for 1 month(December 2009),and I get an obviously wrong results. Near the eastern boundary, there's a little strange,such as:

The normal results from hycom should be like this:

The tide data is from OTPS, and forcing data is from ECMWF daily, and boundary condition is from hycom datasets. The output.dat is attached here.

I wish that somebody may know what the problem is and give me some advice.

Hi,

You are using radiation boundary condition for T, S and 3d-momentum, meaning that it is not getting any boundary information on this variables during the simulation. Try using RadNud condition, or even clamped to see if the problem persists.

Yes, I have tried them both, and the former condition has better results, but problems still exist.

surface temprature lower than hycom results.
