Hi everyone,
I am a new user.
Now I am using roms_tools to create grid, boundary condition and other necessary data.
When I try the test the case Benguela, the results can be shown with Roms_gui
But, When I try a new test case with the same parameters with the previous test, except change location and number of the grid cells. The simulation successfully finish but I really do not know why the roms_gui on Matlab notifies that:

## NetCDF file not opened:
Cell contents reference from a non-cell array object.
Could anyone can help me overcome such problem.
