The University of Miami, Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science (RSMAS) invites applications for a Post-doctoral position in ocean modeling and prediction.

The successful candidate will be part of a team that conducts interdisciplinary research toward the understanding of ocean processes and the prediction of circulation and transport by employing numerical simulations, observations and data assimilation. The research team is involved in a broad range of regional, shelf and coastal applications such as river plume dynamics, shelf-break exchanges, high resolution coastal and regional forecasting, Observing System Simulation Experiments, oil spill and biophysical transport modeling.
