Hi everydody.
I want to use HYCOM data to generate SSS (sea surface salinity) forcing files. I downloaded data for Persian Gulf and Oman sea from hycom in 2000, now I have a file with lat= 126,lon=183 and time=2885
Whereas my others forcing file such as (shflux) have lat=81,lon=117 and time=2929 (intercalary year)
Is there any matlab’s routin for change hycom to roms?
If I create .cdl empty file lat &lon is 183-126 or lat&lon is 117-81?
Which routin is for filling data?
