Hello, I have a question .. . it is better to use? ... Uwind and Vwind or sustr and svstr .. may be a basic question but is that running on the terminal ROMS falls and asks me sustr variable .. and I in my file forcing entered Uwind and Vwind ... I don't understand ...
If someone can help me?

You can probably get both answers here, depending who answers. I'm of the school of thought that it's better to provide the winds and other atmospheric fields and let ROMS compute its own stresses/fluxes with the caviat that we don't use the default BULK_FLUXES but provide another from somewhere else and we fuss with the albedo.
Do you only have winds or do you also have the other atmospheric fields? Tair, Qair, Pair and so forth? What are you doing about heat fluxes?
