about the Compilers

when I type "cd Compilers" ,it reveals "no such file or directory" , I am a newcomer in running ROMS ,somebody can tell me why .

What is your computer environment? What have you done so far to install ROMS? What do you get when typing "ls" from the top level ROMS directory?
