I am an new user. Although i have run roms successfully, i don't konw how the roms run. What is the role of each part ? What is the roms caclulation process ? Such as the first, it....

Er, it's rather complicated 
Have you had a look at the documentation?

Try the Introduction for an overview of the ROMS structure, but when you look at the very complicated ROMS Framework diagram, remember you will probably start by running just one of the many components: the nonlinear ocean model. Next have a look at Numerical Solution Technique.
And go from there and come back if you have any more specific questions.
