i have gotten the 'oceanM', the next step?

However i have not gotten:
ocean_avg.nc
ocean_dia.nc
ocean_his.nc
ocean_rst.nc

If you have oceanM, you have compiled the model for running under MPI. Do you have a parallel system to run on? If so, fine, otherwise, recompile it without the USE_MPI option.

Now you need to run the model. When it runs, it produces the netcdf output and the text output. For instructions on running, see the bottom of:
