2003 Terrain-Following Coordinates Ocean Modeling Workshop

#1 Unread post by arango »

Dear Fellows,

The third joint biennial meeting of terrain-following ocean model users (POM http://www.aos.princeton.edu/WWWPUBLIC/htdocs.pom SPEM,
SCRUM, ROMS, TOMS http://marine.rutgers.edu/po/models/roms/index.php http://www.ocean-modeling.org ) will be held at PMEL/NOAA http://www.pmel.noaa.gov in Seattle, WA, 4-6 August, 2003.

The format will be similar to the last meeting with a few 45 min long invited talks, 20 min long contributed presentations, and possibly poster presentations. We also plan a general discussion session to report on new model developments and to discuss issues of interest. Because of limited space in the auditorium priority will be given to those who register early by March 30, and provide an Abstract by April 30.

For information and registration see the meeting web page (accessed also from ROMS and POM web pages) at:

http://www.aos.princeton.edu/WWWPUBLIC/ ... OMS03.html

See you in Seattle, the Workshop Organization Team:

Hernan G. Arango (Rutgers University)
Albert J. Hermann (NOAA/PMEL)
Tal Ezer (Princeton University)
