a problem of nc file generation

when i try to make a nc file using ncgen, there was a error like this " ncgen: try_tides.cdl: syntax error", i don't know how to do next, please help me!

i have already found the answer.i have changed the format from dos to unix with Ultraedit,and then the problem solved.by the way, my English is not good enough to express my idea, please friends excuse me!
