Grid generation tool

Hi,
First of all thanks for generation the wonderful seagrid tool for generating curvilinear grids. I have used it for generating the grids for POM model. Now I want to use it for MITGCM ocean model. I didn't got any easy grids generating tool compatible to MITgcm model. As ROMS and MITgcm uses computational grid Arakawa-C. But, I am poor in matlab and will be thankful if one can provide (if already exist) or generat a matlab function (say 'seagrid2MITgcm.m') something similar to 'seagrid2roms.m', which can write the computational grids compatible to MITgcm model. the details and nomenclature of the MITgcm input grid are attaced as 'MITgcmGrid.txt'
