Think that there is a possible bug

in routines for applying boundary conditions for tracers and velocity when used NUDGING option. Issue is regarding time step in the last term t(Istr-1,j,k,nstp,itrc) should be t(Istr-1,j,k,nout,itrc) to be consistent.

We are taking part t=(1-tau)*t + tau*BRY which is fine but time
records are not synced correctly.

Think it should read:

This is true for all T_ and U_ and all sides..

Or possibly I am wrong and not getting something correctly.
