Anything wrong with average output in the latest version

I did not check the code of the latest version. But, I just running into the situation that no averages will be output even though the average files are created.

Did you update your ocean_xx.in file to include the Aout(idFsur) and friends? These are like the old Hout, but Hout is now just used for the history and the Aout is used for averages.
