dear all :
now my case's river traces are temperature and salinity, but how can I add NO3 with temperature and salinity?
how to define river_flag?
thanks

Re: river with NO3
If you were to search the forum for "river_flag" you'd get the release notes for version 3.3 describing how this is all now rather conveniently set in the input files. The posting is here:
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=1660&p=5951&hilit=river_flag#p5951
! Only NAT active tracers (temperature, salinity) and NPT inert
! tracers need to be specified here:
! ...
! LtracerSrc(itemp,ng) for temperature (itemp=1)
! LtracerSrc(isalt,ng) for salinity (isalt=2)
! LtracerSrc(NAT+1,ng) for inert tracer 1
! ...
! Other biological and sediment tracers switches are specified in
! their respective input scrips.
So you set the NO3 river tracer by the appropriate LtracerSrc flag in bio_Fennel.in.
