I understand that ROMS uses the fill value (spval = 1.0E+37) for dry cells when wetting/drying is activated. I see that there has been a change the way this has been handled (Ticket #297)

However, this change was assumed to be only for the wetting/drying case. I still get the same fill value on the land cells even if I turn off the wetting/drying option. Is that only me?
What is the ROMS fill value on land cells?
