zeta and set_scoord, set_depth

zeta and set_scoord, set_depth
Hopefully this is a stupid question...which routine is responsible for adding zeta to bathymetry (h) in the computation of time-evolving vertical stretching/layer thicknesses? We don't see any reference to zeta in either set_depth or set_scoord, only references to the initial bathymetry. Thanks in advance...Shih-nan and Neil

sorry, we see Zt_avg1 is calculated in set_zeta...
