How to find function 'fillseg', please

I am a new user and studying seagrid via the downloaded video "signell_seagrid". I found the function fillseg is necessary to generate coastline before generate bathymetry. But it seems no fillseg.m in the downloaded seagrid.zip so when I input fillseg in Matlab, it doesn't work. Could you please tell me how to get the fillseg.m?
