fennel study

I am studying the biological module Fennel in ROMS. Could anyone please provide Matlab preprocessing code related to the fennel module? In the ROMS data directory, there is only ini.cdl. I am unsure how to format the bry, river, and frc files. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could provide references for .in and .h files for the coastal waters of China.
