Tools and techniques about interpolation 3d

Hello, greetings to everyone.

Could someone please share with me a Python tool where I can interpolate 3D data for contours? I have already managed to do it in 2D, but since Copernicus uses Z-coordinates and in ROMS the coordinate system uses sigmas, it has been a bit complex for me to achieve the interpolation.

If anyone has a tool for this, or can indicate a way to achieve it, I would greatly appreciate it.
