Water type option

Hi all,

I have one question about jerlov water type WTYPE. This is in the .in file and we should define it 1 (clear ocean)to 7. Here is my question. In my domain, it should be better to have two water types in the western and eastern coast. The western is not clear and the eastern is clear. In this case, is it possible to have different jerlov water type WTYPE?

In CPP option, is there an option WTYPE_GRID to turn ON spatially varying Jerlov water type is it for this purpose? How can I use it?
