How to create a forcing file for roms

I just started to learn roms recently, but when I was studying, I found that I could not generate forcing files. I use the matlab toolkit in the coawst model, where the ncei_ 2roms.m file is used to create the forcing file.

But I don't know why there are always errors. I found that the NAM address in ncei _ 2roms.m may be wrong, so I modified it. And use the nctoolbox toolkit (if you use matlab to read it will also make an error), the selected area is the Chinese sea, and it is found that the data cannot be read after running. Data such as wind speed are all displayed as 0.
