About linear programing with bathymetry smoothing

Dear users,

I was able to see the Dr. Arango's presentation at the latest ROMS workshop.
In that ppt file, there is a slide which compares about the bathymetry smoothing methods.
And I was wondering whether users can get the linear programing method for the bathymetry smoothing
through downloading from the web.

Any information would be appreciated.
