Nesting problem:Subscript #1 of the array IDG has value -999

Hi ROMS team,

When I run ROMS nesting case, at first time it ran successfully. When I change the grid region, it fails.
the erro is
Subscript #1 of the array IDG has value -999 which is less than the lower bound of 1

The value IDG is in the nesting ngc file, but I searched it, there is no number lower than 1.
So could you help me figure out what is the problem?

Have you created a new contact grid file after you changed the domain ? As domain changes the contact point also changes.

Yes. I created the new contacts file (ngc file) with the script provided by ROMS .
