why "Fjord tidal case" results are the same temp values?

Hello everybody,
I'm trying to set up the "Fjord tidal case" .
So first I made the grid.nc and ini.nc files. Both files were created with easygrid.m and ROMS ran without problems.
Afterwards, I build some files,eg,fjord.h,ana_fsobc.h,and so on according to the instructions on the web.
ROMS ran successfully and product two files-Fjord_ocean_his.nc and Fjord_ocean_rst.nc.But when i try to plot temp variable,i found that all the temp values are in the same.
I don't know what's the problem or what to check. I'm relatively new in modeling so I appreciate any suggestions.

Did your temperatures start out uniform? What forcings do you have on? How would you expect the temperature to be evolving? You might try turning on DIAGNOSTICS_TS for a short run to see what you see there.
