Error while running biotoy test case

Hello all, i tried to give the test BIOTOY CASE using the fennel module. But I'm getting the following error. Can anybody help?

i gave the run using the command mpirun -np 1 ./oceanM ocean_bio_toy_fennel.in

It told you you have a calendar inconsistency between the initial time and the Tair files. You can use DSTART to change the ROMS time to match the Tair time, but all other files with times have to be consistent too.

How to change the timings of the already tested cases? The ocean_time is 0 and Tair time is 0.5 1.5 2.5 etc
