blow up problem for temperature around the bathy

As the model running, The temperature calculation will be abnormal around the land,

And the area is getting bigger and bigger(the flowing figures are the 0002 and 0012 days );

But these are all water areas, i have checked the ini and frc data which are all ok( i think

It has nothing to do with the boundary data),

I really don't know what caused the calculation error, could you help me?
