Does anyone may clarify the meaning and implications of the log file message:
NLM: GET_STATE - Warning - NetCDF global attribute: NLM_LBC
for lateral boundary conditions not checked
in restart file: /global/work/pduarte/tmproms/run/arctic-4km/ocean_ini.nc

We used to pick boundary options via the C preprocessor. When Hernan switched, he started writing the boundary options to the restart file via the new LBC variables. On restart he checks to see if you're being consistent - unless you tell it not to check. It's simply saying it didn't check.
