In my ROMS integration (e.g., a 100 yr run) I am limited by a 24 hour "wallclock" time. I can get for example 10 yrs done. I have to change my ocean_upwelling.in file and change NTIMES to reflect the follow-up integration, e.g., from yr 30 to yr 40. Is there a way to specify an incremental time, e.g., +xx additional time steps for the restart rather then the end time NTIMES? This would make a chain job much easier. At least it seems easier than running a small script that edits the .in file.
