Compile's problem with build.bash (Upwelling)

Hi forum (im new in ROMS).
Im trying to run the build.bash (Upwelling) to compile ROMS and it doesn't work. I changed some directories and commment out options but i don't know how fix it.

I am getting the error like this:

/home/gino/src/Projects/upwelling/Build/mod_netcdf.f90:222: referencia a `__netcdf_MOD_nf90_inquire_dimension' sin definir
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [/home/gino/src/Projects/upwelling/oceanG] Error 1

I would be grateful, if anybody point can out the possible causes of the above error?
