Dear ROMS developers,
I know that there are lots of to do list ahead of you, but I'd like to add one more wish list.
I'm currently using a two way nesting in ROMS and this is very useful and powerful tool to see the regional phenomena with one time calculation. While running the model, I'm also considering the NPZD model but unfortunately ROMS can not calculate the NPZD in two way nesting configuration(FYI, mine is NPZD with Iron limitation).
If it's ok for you, I am asking a coding the NPZD model in two way nesting configuration.

Re: Wish list
The nesting in ROMS (one- or two-way) is designed for all tracers active and passive. The nesting interface is generic for all tracers. The only constraint is that the bio-geochemical or sediment model needs to be activated in all grids in order to compute the contact point data between all grids (donor and receiver).
Re: Wish list
Ok, Dr.Arango. I will retry that model again. Thank you for your reply.
