It is perhaps the most silly questions, but anyway here i go
I´m trying to install LTRAN and i follow the instrutions on the User´s Guide, I go to

and found the Windows.zip file that contains the files (netcdf.dll, netcdf.ini and netcdf.lib) but the *.zip has two other files (ncdump.exe and ncgen.exe). In order to inslall the dll, ini and lib files, Do i need to run any of the *.exe files? If it is so, Which of them is it? or Do i just create the folders where the files must be and copy them into it?
