hi
i am working with seagrid. i make my coastline and bathymetry, my coastline is for caspian sea which is closed.
my problem is that when i compute depth, in seagrid window show taht inter my closed coast line is mask and out of it is water that reality it is vice versa. can seagrid make mesh for closed coastline
please help me

You need to use the GSHHS coastline database which has continuous unbroken coastline segments. I always use version 1.2. There are much newer versions of this dataset, but I have not tested the extraction scripts with them. It comes in various resolutions. Then, I use the matlab/coastlines/get_coast.m from the ROMS matlab repository
