Problems running "seagrid" in matlab Version R2012a

Hello to All

I´m having problems running the seagrid in matlab, when I first call it, I get this:

>> seagrid

## Unable to locate Mex-files. Please install
## "mexrect", "mexsepeli", and "mexinside",
## then adjust your Matlab path accordingly.

I get the window to input the coastline file, the bathimetry file and the SeaGrid file and I get all this stuff:

No such file or directory.

Error while evaluating uimenu Callback

Then I <Compute> the depths and I get my study area map, just like no error would happend, I enclose the map as a word file, can't save it as *jpg

This line D:\cygwinfiles\home\Leonardo\roms\Projects\seagcoast.mat is from another older computer, don't undestand why is this shown

Can Anyone help me on this, thans in advance
