Re: LTRANS: Larval TRANSport Lagrangian model
Dear Hiroshi,
Zack Schlag has developed a new boundary maker which could resolve the problems you are having. He will respond to you when he gets back from vacation this week.

Re: LTRANS: Larval TRANSport Lagrangian model
Hi Jim,
Are you using the LTRANS_compile.sh script? Perhaps your new NetCDF include files are installed in a directory other than /usr/local/include? If so, then the correct path to the NetCDF include files should be modified in the script.
Regards,
Elizabeth

LTRANS Particle Tracking Model Workshop
The Larval TRANSport Lagrangian model (LTRANS) predicts passive or active particle trajectories and runs offline with stored netcdf files generated by ROMS. We will host a LTRANS training workshop on July 17 and 18, 2008 at UMCES Horn Point Laboratory. More information about the LTRANS model and ...

Particle-tracking model that reads in ROMS netcdf files
Just a quick announcement: we will be releasing our Larval TRANSport Lagrangian model (LTRANS) as open source code and will host a workshop in July. During the workshop, we will describe the LTRANS particle-tracking model and help people implement it in their own model domains. LTRANS is designed to ...
