Particle-tracking model that reads in ROMS netcdf files

Just a quick announcement: we will be releasing our Larval TRANSport Lagrangian model (LTRANS) as open source code and will host a workshop in July. During the workshop, we will describe the LTRANS particle-tracking model and help people implement it in their own model domains. LTRANS is designed to read-in files from the ROMS hydrodynamic model, but could be adapted for other curvilinear coordinate systems. More information can be found here:
