Since there are several rivers in the domain, I wonder
if I can have multiple river forcing files and each file
corresponds to one river in the .in file?

I found that sustr and svstr could also be defined analytically in ROMS/Functions/ana_smflux.f. Which one really counts if I defined both UV_QDRAG ...
