Error while run roms : Error termination. Backtrace

Hi everyone,

I tried to run roms for a simulation, but I face a problem that I never face before. the error like this:

Restoring modules from user's coawst
At line 313 of file inp_decode.f90
Fortran runtime error: Bad real number in item 1 of list input

I attach the log file, input and .h file also. anybody knows about this kind of error?
