perfect-restart description

Hi everybody,
I'm running 1-year model, About 4 months after running my model, the electricity was cut off and I could not launch perfect-restart in the model
because I do not know how to change the header and input settings. Although some information is in the
input and forum about how to restart the model from the last timestep, I could not apply it to the model.

I need a good description of how to apply it to the model.
