High temperature and high salinity

Dear users

I have run the model for all inputs. After one year, I check the outputs. The model shows higher temperature and salinity. 4 degrees higher temperature and 3 PSU more salinity near the surface particularly in hot seasons. When plotting the profile, I find the model has a problem transferring flux in deep water maybe! How we can solve this condition?

My other question is what is the role of climatology data(and nudge)? I have made it and use it?
