boundary condition

Hi,
1)I have max speed blowup even though I change the boundary condition to something else!
2)Is there a problem with my boundary condition or anything else?
3)what should I do with the time step because when I use a shorter time step, I face max speed error again?!
4)How can I calibrate the zeta parameter? (it's a large number!)
I use myroms MatLab code and there are my log and header files.
