NOAA Office of Coast Survey and its academic partners teamed up to host a session at the 2020 AGU Fall Meeting (Dec 7-11, 2020), to explore how the ocean modeling community would be able to support marine navigation and the Blue Economy.
We specifically encourage oral and poster presentations on:
- Coastal ocean modeling products supporting marine navigation
- Coastal ocean modeling for disaster mitigation and its benefit for coastal economy and communities
- Coastal modeling for water quality and pollution transport and its impacts on downstream industries ( e.g. tourism and fisheries)
