I run Fjord Tidal Test Case to study how to setup tidal forcing in ROMS. After getting Fjord_ocean_his.nc, I try to plot by using roms_zview(), however, I find that lon_u,lat_u,lon_rho and lat_rho in Fjord_ocean_his.nc are 0, salt and temp are constant just the same as in initial condition. The input files (grd.nc and ini.nc) are normal. I have checked head file and .in file many times, but still can't fix the problem.
I'm new in modeling and appreciate for any suggestions.
